Any one drinking this?

How do you make the tea?

I soak 1/4 tsp seeds in hot water, let it sit for about 20-30 minutes and drink the tea. With bfast and lunch. Always with food. On an empty stomach it makes me light headed. Could be coz of it's effect on lowering blood sugar levels.

I managed to get a copy of the cardio book and it  lists fenugreek tea as a super beneficial.

They sprout readily - I would make tea {or juice} the sprouts. I'm not sure you'd get much as a tea from the seeds, unless you grind them first.

I sprinkle ground fenugreek into my salads, together with other beneficial spices.

I let fenugreek soak in a lot of water. It gets very jelly
If it is too stif I add mor water.
Then I blend it with lemon juice, garlic, salt and a bit of pepper
Do not be stingy on the lemon juice and garlic
It becomes like a soft paste and eaten with bread is yummy
Could also be frozen

The fenugreek tea from the seeds is really good. As frumag says, the soaked seeds becomes jelly like. It can be ground and used for pimples, dandruff etc.,

Never tried it (ground with garlic and lemon juice)with bread though..may be add it to my Nori snack, ha! that would be interesting

Yes, they sprout easily and no, it's not necessary to break the seeds to make tea

Similar teas we drink in India would be cumin tea and coriander tea. Hot beverages served with meals to aid digestion. Dry ginger tea is also drunk-not the masala tea with dry ginger, but dry ginger seeped in hot water. Good stuff!
