I believe Isa has been telling us all along to use the orotate version. I never gave it much thought until the past few months when magnesium is all the rage here on the Forum. I'll see what I can find in the orotate form that is in capsules.
My daughter was using mag. citrate powder until she noticed that it heated the water! |

V, I have been using the mag citrate and as a result of speaking to the manufacturer understand it is suppose to heat up. In fact they recommend mixing it in warm water to assist the process...  |

V, I was told it is how their process creates the citrate form of magnesium. If I am able to get to it tomorrow I'll see if I am able to get something in writing to pass on. Cheers! |

Chloe, that looks like a very good formula. My health food store vitamin manager prefers that form of magnesium, but they only sell it in big dry pills. It's also good that the site offers free shipping. Thanks. |
