Hi Everyone... this has been on my mind for awhile and wanted to ask. I take the following supplements altogether in the morning with breakfast and at night with dinner. I'm wondering if all these are ok to take together:
Ocubright - 1 morning, 1 night Polyvite - 1 morning, 1 night Deflect - 2 morning, 2 night Vitimin D (1000 IU) - 1 morning, 1 night Fucus Plus - 1 morning, 1 night Phytocal - 2 morning, 2 night Live Cell - 1 morning, 1 night R4YT Methyl 12 Plus - 1 morning (none at night) Tumeric Plus - (500 mg) 1 morning, 1 night
Also at night at least 2 hours after last meal before bed, and then in the morning at least an hour before eating - I take the following and am wondering as well if this combo is ok to take altogether:
Polyflora - 2 at night, 2 in morning NAG - 1 at night, 1 in morning Musclease - 3 at night to help sleep (magnesium and valernine combo) Zymactive Proteolytic Enzymes - 1 at night, 1 in morning
A "full dose" of the listed ingredients of Polyflora is 4 capsules. You are only taking 2 per day.
Do you take any ghee? (Just wondering).
Why the Zymactive? Why not Bromelian?
I don't think you are taking an over abundance of stuff; I consider the Polyvite, Polyflora, Phytocal & Deflect basic maintenance supplements.
You should take a break from supplements for a short time and then recontinue. (The ocubright, the Vitamin D the Fucus, the Live Cell, the B12, The Tumeric, etc.)
Even the four basics you should take a 1 day break from. I believe Victoria has talked about how she breaks one day for the basic maintenance supplements.

Thanks for your response KimonoKat...
Had recent tests which showed an extreme vit. D deficiency. No sun up here in the OR mountains! ha... So we are trying to get my levels back up.
I was taking 4 of the Polyvite everyday (2 morning, 2 night), but I get overly jacked up! I sort of go back and forth from 2 a day to 4 a day.
Eat Ghee everyday... never use butter. Either cook in Ghee or Olive Oil always.
Zymactive was recommended in a thread about 6 months ago for helping to eat up the poisens from muscle tears, aches, soreness, etc.. Does Bromelian provide the same benies?
How long of a break should I take from the supp's other than the basics?

An easy way to remember to do this (at least for me) is to stop all supps for a couple of days during my period. Of course, this wouldn't help someone who is no longer menstruating or is male (but I'm neither of those, yet ).
I believe NAP's Methyl12 is recommended to be taken away from foods.
From the best of my knowledge, I believe most NAP supplement bottles provide specifc information on dosage and best time to take (if there is an ideal time).
