yessss Lola, that it is, and it works best for O's .....and this article is completely it is true that some aminoacids might interfere with SSRI's but that won't mean that you shouldn't treat at the same time your lack of aminoacids
the only aminoacid which might really be dangerous is phenylalanine...because of the renal failure called phenylketonury which is a genetic related malady!!! and sometimes people dont' know it ; I've got one A nonnie with such a problematic thingy, I tested her and asked myselve...huh...is that possible at her age...sended her to a bloodtest and badaboooom it was as my tester showed it up and at first she was angry, but then she understood that I do really preventiv measures and work
One of the surest things for supplementation are aminoacids, and I love to work with them just in time also for elderly, must see their faces and moods when reporting after a week what has changed, most of all are nearly singing in the phone how better they feel .....a m a z i n g !!!! of course it becomes obvious when visiting me again The same, even better is when you do a combo from aminoacids and ginseng supps. wow daa bombe ........ and everybody can test him/herself with lacks of that: go for your ellbow, take the skin there and draw it, if you see its a bit like gummy or leather, you are lacking aminoacids, if yous skin is elastic and you can't nearly take it to draw, so no lacks ......
ahem another question from my co-victims of carnosin intake...how are you right now? Did you continued it? What is really obvious, my skin in my face is much better, not only in my face of course, but it is very hard to find this product without any chemical in.... or no-no's , soo waiting for your reports, I remain
