Has any B non-secretors taken Redoxa? I am doing 2 a day for the last week and a half and I may be having detox reactions: nausea, dizzy feelings along with slight headache.

I take the supplement and love it.  It is extremely effective for my family for any respiratory problems.  But 1 1/2 weeks seems like a long time to be using it.  What are you taking it for?

I had a reaction to the indoor pool and my lungs were very congested for a few days afterward.  Maybe I should just stop taking it now.  I was taking it to detox but my body may be feeling it too much now.  I just took it over a half hour ago and I am feeling ill again.  I was O.K. the first week, it's only since Sunday evening that I started feeling nauseated and dizzy like.

I am pretty sure I am having a reaction from it.  I thought I would test it and I am pretty sure now.

Victoria, what is the best way to use this supplement?

I take it and love it, too, but I think you are right in assuming you are detoxing....maybe give it a break...then return to it in a few days...

Mikeo would probably be the best person to answer this question.

If I experienced any negative reactions to a supplement, I would take a break.  I personally don't use Redoxa on an on-going basis.  I use for a period of time when my immune system needs some help in healing the respiratory system.

all I can suggest is stop and then take a lower dose after two days...say once capsule a day or every other day...if you want to detox and use something else, I would suggest Deflect B.

the main ingredient in it NAC....you would have to take 10x what's recommended on the bottle for it to have toxic effects.

NAC is supposed to help you detoxify foreign stuff out of your fat and blood stream so it can be excreted out into your urine...you may need to drink more water during the day when taking this

Thanks for the education, Mikeo.  This makes a lot of sense, and I was only thinking respiratory system.  Sounds like a great broad-based detoxifier!

Redoxa is high in sulfur containing amino acids, which is what gives it such a pleasant aroma!
