chondroitin

it seems that both don't have more success than a placebo .... it's to be seen in http://www.foodnavigator.com and then click on *nutra-ingredients USA*
meta-studies were established about this.....

So perhaps they are just good for becoming *Deflect* capsules .....here the effective results will be guaranted ....

chemically Chondroitin is made up of the sugar N-acetyl-Galactosomine which is the terminal sugar of the A antigen...so great for A's and AB's but bad for B's and O's

My dad is an 79 year old A, and he KNOWS chondroitin helps him! Without it, he can't golf 18 holes! His knees hurt without it. It also really helped my old dog with hip displasia!

Back slowly away from my glucosamine and no one gets hurt.

I am sticking with it.

Dr. D has said that chondroitin should not be used by Os in particular, but NAG is good for just about anyone--hence its use in Deflect So a combination of NAG and chondroitin wouldn't work for Os and Bs--that's what, roughly 50-55% of the world's population, yes? No wonder the study turned up that combination as a placebo!

I would also think it would depend on the brand--some companies make a superior product, others don't. I use a vegetarian version of glucosamine sulfate with MSM, and it's good stuff.
