i have two questions related to my bloodtype A.  i know that drinking green tea is highly recommended, however, i really dont like it at all.  i have tried it many different ways.  will taking a green tea supplement work?  second question.  i eat alot of soy as is recommended for my blood type, but can you ever get to much soy?  i know that it can have an impact on estrogen levels, and that is certainly a concern as i am pre-mens.  i just wonder if you you can over do it, and how much is a balanced amount?

Welcome fatcatdogbog,

I do not foresee any problems with taking a green tea supplement; be cognizant of any avoid ingredients in the supplement and capsule,

Following the portion/frequency guidelines in one of the ER resource books will help you stay within 'balance' when eating the various food groups.  You can add other beans such as lentils, black beans, azudki beans to make sure you are not overdoing estrogen levels if this is one of your concerns.
