I just ordered this supp since my eyes are getting funny and I had to get reading glasses.

Anyone  have any experience with this supplement and if it helps?  Also how long one needs to take it?  Is it a lifetime endeavor or like a protocol that one takes for a period of time and then can go off of it.

I'm asking that specifically because my supplements cost me so much!

I believe all protocols you should stop for a short time and then resume again.

As far as how well this supplement forumula works, I  don't have any personal experience.

I tried it. I cold not tell that the benefit was greater than the cost. So I did not reorder.

However, I did not use any systematic method to assess this.
