products that might augment you energis :

green tea leaf extract...... = yep
alpha-lipoic acid= merely for a good detox & dementia protection & against  memories loss
pau d'arco= lapachol = a natural antibiotic, also against stomachbugs
Siberian Ginseng= yeppers
american Ginseng= dito
Royal Jelly = ? take care when having allergies but if not, than its fine
Betaine= nope a no goddy for O's augments the stomach acid
l'methionine= a fine liverdetox
Choline Bit. = fine for neurotransmitters
Inositol = a B-vitaminoid and anxiety releaser
dried cinnamon= merely to slow down bloodsugar and as  a bark or oil ,take care might be very strong
Yucca= an avoid for O's in generale

go for intense exercises, O's get the more exercises they do, the more energies they have
(not foorrr us ) and if you are really tired, I'd like to recommend you a higher intake of all B-vits-as a complex and just before your breakfast take some 10 mg's of Enada NADH; this is also a B-vitaminoid of Niacin and gives you a real bump up of energy .....wait for some 20 minutes and then take your breakfast.... it works amazingly
