Can someone tell me what a good herbal tea would be instead of green tea for an O+.  I'm trying to eliminate caffeine in order to be totally compliant.

Rooibos is very good for you.  Also, this is just neutral but I love peppermint.

Read: Ask Doctor D'Adamo - Rooibos For Type O?

Peppermint tea is also beneficial for type O, good for digestion problems.

Thanks to all who responded.  I guess I'll start out with the Rooibos, than I'll try the rest.  I'll buy the others so I can try different tastes depending on what meal I am having.

thanks again

About the peppermint, I vastly prefer the Celestial Seasonings brand pure peppermint to other brands.  It is just so much stronger than any other one I've found.

Another herbal tea I like is chamomile.  Very calming, that.
