Can someone tell me what a good herbal tea would be instead of green tea for an O+. I'm trying to eliminate caffeine in order to be totally compliant. tnx.  |

Rooibos is very good for you. Also, this is just neutral but I love peppermint. |

Thanks to all who responded. I guess I'll start out with the Rooibos, than I'll try the rest. I'll buy the others so I can try different tastes depending on what meal I am having. thanks again  |

About the peppermint, I vastly prefer the Celestial Seasonings brand pure peppermint to other brands. It is just so much stronger than any other one I've found.
Another herbal tea I like is chamomile. Very calming, that. |
