My homeopath sent me this message, and I thought I'd post it here. I'd be interested in responses and thought you'd want to know:

You may or may not have heard of "Codex alimentaris." but it will affect you by making vitamins and minerals unavailable in this country as they have already become in several European countries.  I have clients in Germany, for instance, who can't go to a drugstore or health food store and buy a bottle of magnesium to help stop leg cramps, or a bottle of Vitamin D to help them avoid colds.  No vitamins are available there because of this international agreement proposed and pushed through by the major drug companies. The Codex is now a governing rule of the World Trade Organization, and eventually the US will have to accept it or be barred from international markets.

In the US, apparently the drug companies are also starting to sponsor bills to become laws in various state legislatures, outlawing the sale of over the counter vitamins and nutritional supplements.  The first state to be affected is New York, where there are four different bills currently in committee addressing this topic.  It's extremely important for people who live in the state of New York to let their friends know they must write to their legislators and senators asking them to vote no on any legislation that will affect the approval and sale of nutritional products.  If you don't live in New York, I'm sure you have friends who do, and you might want to forward this to them, and ask them to consider the website below, and take action to prevent New York from becoming the first state where no vitamins or supplements will be available.

The powers at be do not want people to control their own health ...it's a crime against the human race if you ask me. Here in Canada, L-carnitine is a prescription drug because it is so effective and safe as a heart health supplement... so it went from 15 dollars a bottle to 120 dollars a bottle. All because of an election promise made by someone to a pharmaceutical company up here in exchange for campaign funds.. I will let you know that presently Health Canada is getting this overruled because people up here are angry and fed up. Vitamins and supplements are also pharmacists fastest growing product segment and pharmaceutical companies are taking note

yep to Lola for the fatburner ....but doesn't helped until now in my case ....I think I found out why...it is build up on corn

@Mikeo, amazing I didn't believed that.... your country with one of the best of best organisations called http://www.orthomed.org  this is the Linus Pauli organisation, does need such a form of protectionisme with their pharmalobbys...omG...I didn't realized how far we went.....

So until now you are able to do and act at your ease, but it seems that *swiss rules* might be also implemented in merely all of the countries and what did Madame Rema Leibowitz reached until now,
without counting only her journeys?????.....I think nothing if I remember well, just fighting for the fight itself and asking for *donations* hmm not much I guess....

I went to a form of seminar in the last few weeks, where the doc told us, that now we are going to learn things that neither government nor pharmalobies liked to get taught  to us and I became aware....that he was rigth ......they want to take us for fools and not able to look forward for our own health, but that's normal if you realize how much shullbit we have to accept in foods they *created* to make money on our backs!!!   Thatswhy I asked you to have an eye sometimes in that link:www.foodnavigator.com so you will be informed whats about foodindustry and their growthprocess in the question of chemical uses .....take care about designerfoods.....they are the worsest
