HI All... My NP wants to do a liver cleanse and I don't want to take anything she recommends if it's not compliant with O Secretor Status.
Suggestions for a liver cleanse product?
thanks so much! |

ER4YT liver protocol and stomach health protocol: http://www.dadamo.com/protocols/index.htmPeruse through the NAP Store for liver support supplements--there are quite a few of them. A liver or gallbladder flush is safe and effective natural procedure that may assist. Alia |

Funky, why not go super "compliant" by eating ony 100% super beneficials (like, from one of the health series books) for two weeks. It means your diet will be somewhat limited....but it's only for two weeks. |

I second KK's idea.
And you could add some roasted dandelion root tea. And NAP's formula Hepatiguard is fantastic. |

I would but I'm an overeater and go to OA and being so restrictive is not part of my ability right now. Just to stay away from binging on bad foods and eating as well as I can is as much as I can do at this moment. Possibly when I have more strength in the 12-step program I will be able to do it. But for now, one step at a time in program.
But thank you for the kind suggestion. |
