Hi all,

I red in the Adamo L4YT that "gentiana lutea" is good for AB stomach however on the other page of this book gentiana is marked to avoid so i am bit confused  to applciate or not ?

In my English version of LR4YT on page 298 bitter herbs such as gentian are recommended for type AB to increase gastric secretions. I did not find another gentian reference in the type AB section.

No, it was in Polish version at the moment I don't know eaxactelly what the page is but 1 was in the section ABs and the second was almost at the end of the book in teh section diseazes listed and there were some marks wich group can use or avoid for AB was small cross

That section is not in the English version of LR4YT. It is in the English version of ER4YT on page 233 and yes it does list gentian as a type AB avoid.

Gentian tea is also listed as a type AB avoid in ER4YT on page 207.
