These past 2 months avoids like corn oil/sunflower oil crept into my meals. I was travelling and eating out mostly and had no control over cooking ingredients. I feel out of sync, and would like to know if anyone knows anything about the lymph system, drainage and how to go about it using O protocols.
I'm once again BTD compliant now that I'm back home.

Check out the rebounder thread. Rebounding is a great way to help your lymphatic system become more efficient. |

Body brushing is another great way to help your lymphatic system. There's a sticky thread about body brushing, too. |

Hi accidental chef, Lymphdrainage accorrding Vodder method is very good for lymphatic system, if you find a massage therapist certified in this Vodder method, try it, is really perfect.
My two cents Maria Giovanna |

I have a friend who does this type of work. I've never had it done to me, but she has shown me (once) how to pick up a food to see if it agrees with me lymphatically. What I mean by this is one can be so in tune with their bodies that they can actually "feel" whether the food is going to interact in a positive way or not. I've seen her do it for herself at restaurants when she's unsure about something that's been prepared. I'd like another lesson for myself... |

You can get trampolines with legs that fold down, and then you just stand it flat against a wall. |

Hey thanks Maria Giovanna, I was searching for that particular method!

Hi accidental chef, I'd use pineapple, equisetum (horsetail) and Tarassacum officinalis, to struggle water retantion. Watch your salt intake and drink a lot far from meals. Maria Giovanna |

For blood type O's, I recommend aerobic type of exercises to get the body to sweat and release toxins.
I believe it is recommended that blood type O's can utilize saunas and steam rooms.
Dry body brushing before showring is an excellent way to rid the skin of dead skin cells and stimulate the body's lymphatic system.
