My AB cousin, whom I am sharing a house with at the moment, has suffered huge emotional stress this week - his fiance has broken off their engagement and revealed that she has a kind of Jekyll and Hyde personality - she has basically lied to him for the entire length of their relationship My cousin has hardly slept or eaten in the last 4 days. He is not compliant nor am I going to try and talk into compliance at this point. But I was wondering what supplements I might suggest that will help him cope with the extreme stress he is suffering right now. According to LR a B vitamine complex might be good but I would appreciate any other suggestions - I feel very much out of my depth here |

I fully agree with you.
The weather has been nice over the last few days and I have been encouraging the sunshine and fresh air thing - I suggested a walk but he dismissed that. He did however cut the grass on Friday which would have been an hour of sun and fresh air. And I fully intend to drag him outside tomorrow morning for a walk...we share a house at the moment so I have probably spent more time with him than anybody else in the family - mainly listening or just providing quiet company when he was too overwhelmed to talk but needed somebody to sit there with him.
Guess I just feel helpless in all of this and want to do more to help...not that anybody really can help with that kind of thing...will put an order for catehol in now. |

yep, larger B-complex minim. up from 50 mg's each, 2x daily, loads of magnesium and Rhodiola is a fine thing too, to get better relaxed, yess go for l'arginine but perhaps also for l'theanine, this up from 100-200mg's 3x daily. A good cry, some fine walkings and please ask him to forgive her, this gal wasn't aware about that what she did, she seems to be sick; but really sick and perhaps could he release his feelings in form of crying at the trees in the woods or just going to spank a cushion, so his negative feelings are allowed to be exprimed and that would be a large relief to him instead of letting all those feelings in his chest to you both |

k,
Dr. D sells a product he calls "Catechol", which is designed specifically for O's and AB's under significant stress. I've been using it myself, and I highly recommend it. |
