I am a bit worried about several *inputs* from herbal formulas.....thus as:
dong quai is written as a save product but we should take care not to go into the sun for too long because it is phototrop; and then it is not recommended in case of bloodclotting disorders. Now as being an A2B nonnie, what shall I think about that stuff when it is written that A's and AB's might have thicker blood, I guess, then just this product might be heaven for me in such a case (bloodthinner)
BUT: when it is mixed up with Ginko biloba, which is known also for blodclottingconcerns but right now into the oposite way it means it is nothing for person with too thick blood, or what... I feel A....B... like.....distored into ambivalence
the whole formula contents:200 mg's of Siberian Ginseng,200mg's of Dong Quai,100mg's of L'Arginin,100mg's of L'Glutamin,100mg's of L'Lysine,80mg's of Ginko Biloba,80mg's of Isoflavones,50mg's of Jujubeextract,50mg's L'Alanin.

Dong quai and primrose oil are generally fine for type As in menopause (or headed there!). If estrogen stimulation is needed (i. e if there is a history of bone loss or dementia, etc.) I advocate types A and AB talk to their physicians about using the fraction "estriol" (2-8mgs) in preference to the other more potent fractions found in the convention ERT Premarin.

he-he-hee Themaverfehlt !!! ...the question here is, not the flow of blood, but merely the upcoming interaction between Ginko B & Dong quai which are in their actions completely the contrary,so why might they be given together status quo

the formulas are not designed by blood type or individuality.......
or are you mentioning any specific formula by Dr D?

salut Lolita nope, just wondered and would be fine to get to know what's about adverse reaction to be expected when taking such a stuff ?! and for sure is this formula no to find in the BTD's but no *no-no's* in thatswhy I asked if perhaps your or massr Schluggell can give me any advice here or perhaps even Dr. D everybody's reply more than appreciated thanx
I found a reference in the Science Database for Angelica {Which for some things is similar to Dong Quai} and a Mitogen Effect - Not sure whether thia has anything to with Plama B Cells??? From PDRhealth: It is used for Poor Circulation and Anemia, and no reported Drug interactions.
Ginkgo Biloba is in the Health Ptocols #10:Cardiovascular for Type-A. Now whether this has anything to do with Blood Thinning. I would think Ginkgo would mitigate the 'Heart Muscle' action itself. Now how that would really affect Blood Thinning.... From PDRhealth: Poor circulation in active muscles and Vertigo, Ringing in the ears due to poor circulation. Combining Ginkgo with clot-busting drugs, blood-thinners, or aspirin may increase your risk of intracranial bleeding.
Some herbs do have an effect in the Sun - Most notably St. John's Wort. I've no experience of this as to Dong Quai.

thanx Schlüggellii for the reply but I was asking if YOU...yesss YOU (because of your huge knowledge) can help me btw.. in that::: a) ginko b. is not ok for people with thicker blood..ok yup..... b) dong quai is known as a bloodthinner (don't use it when on Warfarin!!!)
so my question was, after having written the whole ingredients of that formula, ......if you know the interaction which could be, when using both stuffs together =status quo orrrrrr not means no reaction neither from ginko b. nor dong quai
