Could someone tell me if the 3 fruits contained in Ayurvedic natural formula, Triphala(internal clenser) Haritaki, Bivhitaki and Amalaki are B-type compatible ? Thanks.

You may also want to check the loose/bulk herbs section of your HFS, an Indian grocery store, or an apothecary.
