Do you know of any natural remedies for high blood pressure?  My pressure goes up quite high when I go to the dentist and I really don't know what to do about it.  I follow the O-blood type diet to the best of my ability.  Can anybody help?  Thanks.

What about trying some deep breathing or alternate nostril breathing before your appointment?  If you're like me, you get stressed when you go to the dentist which causes a temporary increase in BP.

Welcome to the Forum AdminForYou,

Can you share with us some menus, and/or how compliant you are to the BTD?  Have you considered getting your Secretor Status tested?  Imho, this is a must when you are dealing with a health challenge like high blood pressure.

Another thing to consider, is purchasing or borrowing from your local library a copy of Dr. D's Cardiovascular Health Series Book, and following the recommendations in that book.

I think taking these two things into combination, secretor status and a higher level of compliance as outlined in the Cardiovascular book will get you the best results, faster.

If, on the other hand, your blood pressure only goes up when you visit the dentist, then maybe you should consider looking into the anti-stress protocol.  How much and what type of exercise do you get?

Knowledge is power.  SWAMI gives you the diet that will unlock the key to better health, and it's all based on your unique individuality.
