Would rice bran oil be good for O nonnies? Would it contain the rice protein? I was just reading that it was good because of gamma oryzanol in it, for intestinal health?
I don't want anything with the protein or starch portion of the rice, as I don't do well with either, but was wondering about the oil.

oh yeah, gamma O. can be made from rice bran as well as corn.....so good thinking....don't know if oil has any tho'...
"Oryzan High Oryzanol Rice Bran Oil contains 0.9% to 1.1% gamma oryzanol." w/ 150 mg or gamma Oryzanol per 15 ml/ 1 T. serving
(from my Swanson Natural Rice Bran Oil bottle)
Only question I have is, is this RBO sold as a nutritional supplement ok to use to cook w/ using high heat as the Rice Bran Oil sold as cooking oil is?
