Hey all... recently found out I had intestinal yeast overgrowth.  My Doctor put me on a yeast killing med and I upped my type O polyflora usage to two in the morning and two at night on am empty tummy.  I had no idea I was supposed to take like 5 of these a day!  

It helps to read the bottle!!!

But my question is, is that it states to take 5 a day.  Is it ok to take them like I am - 2 in the morning and 2 at night instead of throughout the day?  I hardly ever have an empty stomach during the day!  ha...
