Can someone please tell me if Dr D okeyd chondrotin for type B. Glucosamine is ok for Bs, Right, but what about the fact that it is made from shellfish (avoid for Bs).
I got this product from my chiropractor to help with the pain in mu knees (after I started doing aerobic excersizes 2 months ago), it seem that I have a condition in my knees (don't remember the name) that causes the catrlidge to wear off) According to my DC, the synergistic effect of different types of glucosamine plus the chonroitin works very well.

Chondroitin is not recommended for type B and O.

I suggest you read:

I have never seen Dr. D mention that type Bs should be careful about the source of the glucosamine that they use.
