Some of you have written about Candex.  Is it a good product for yeast overgrowth?  I really think and feel I need to tackle this issue all the way with me, as much as I can, for my son too.  Anyway, please tell me your experience with Candex or other candida stuff, and also, do I need to cut ALL fruit as well?  I only eat cherries and blueberries currently, oh and dried figs, which I think bother me.
Anyway, please let me know any thoughts you may have on this issue.

Tina, I'm using CandidaStat by Vitanica. I'm on my second bottle and I really feel like it is working. I don't know if all the ingredients are okay for O-nonnies, but they are listed on the Vitanica website. I have not been cutting out fruit, but perhaps that would help the healing process. I can only do so much at one time, me thinks.

I'm taking my power back by remembering that a belief is only a thought that I keep thinking,
