I am wondering about chromium supplements.  Does anyone use them?  Are they helpful, are they okay for type O nons?  What is the scoop on chromium?  I have read that it helps with sugar cravings and like alcoholism, etc.

I have read that chromium is good to keep blood sugar levels normal. My biggest help there is staying off coffee. 4 weeks for me now.    Blushing cause I still want it
