I would not recommend chlorphyll from alfalfa.  I would consider taking chollera (sp?) instead.  It's in either the Harmonia or the Live Cell, from Dr. D.  I just can't remember which off the top of my head.

It's always better after the second iteration.

Chlorella is a terrific alternative for chlorophyll that is suitable for all blood groups, whichg can be purchased as a single whole foods supplement or found combined with other 'greens' powders.

It contains minerals, vitamins, it's a detoxifier, it eliminates metals from the body, it provides natural energy from a natural food based source, et al.

I bought a bottle of Chlorella, 200mg per 1 tablet. Recommended dosage is upto 10 tablets per day with a meal.

Is it necessary to take 10 tablets? Would it be OK to take these at dinner, or is it preferable in the earlier part of the day?

AC,

I typically start slow and work up when adding something new to the regimen...  Sometimes it becomes obvious to me that I need more very quickly, other times maintain a low dose and others, just a little was all I needed.

I don't know how to transfer the ability to test for this to you though, Sorry!

I have never consumed chlorella pellets or tablets, thus I can not make a sound personal recommendation.  However, I would start taking any new supplement at the lowest range/sugested usage.

I only take chlorella in a whole foods powder form derived from of NAP's Harmonia which is ABO friendly:

Last summer /autumn I took Clorella as well- and I had problems with it ( pain in my belly/ gas etc)
I found out that I took a too high dose
- and that it worked better when I slowly builded up the dose.

I ended up with 21 tablets( 3x 7)- if I took more I had the pain again.

Thanks all, your responses were helpful.

Bottom line: Build up dosage slowly.
