Does anyone know anything about Emergen-C? Is it ok to use? I have a feeling it may not be, but I'm not sure. |

Most of the Emergen-C versions have fructose which is a type O avoid. The Emergen-C Lite version doens't have fructose, but still has ascorbic acid, which isn't a recommended type of vitamin C and is probably sourced from corn. ElectroMIX doesn't have any avoids |
