LisaLea,
Actually I totally agree with you about taking things long term without a break.  I am working on stopping a lot of my supplements and rotating them.  Thanks for the reminder.

U r very welcome and I'm so glad that u will do that !!

I took wobenzyme for several months when I hurt my shoulder and had rotator cuff inflammation but it did no good.  No harm either.  Just didn't feel any different.  I've since tried Inflazyme Forte for joint aches and pains and it really  upset my stomach and caused a lot of gas so I got off of it after three days.   For digesting food I would like to find a good enzyme.  I just buy whatever when I am out shopping and I always seem to come up with a different brand.

Being an O Non...and looking for an enzyme to take with my meals for bloating and gas, would the "digest" from Enzymedica, or the "multi enzyme" from Natural Factors work best for me? Any input would be appriciated, thank you.
