Can't remember where, but I don't think spirulina is good for O's, right? Debra |

I have never heard of the product, Anatrim.
As well, I have never heard of gordinii. I believe garcina combogia helps to metabolize or burn fat. We are all cognizant that green tea helps to kill bad bacteria in our body and helps with digestion. Dandelion is a good liver cleanser and detoxifier. Spirulina contains alot of chlorophyll and helps to remove toxins from the body. Ginger root assists with food digestion.
One can buy these supplements individually if the first ingredient is unquestionable.

*mold* the stuff that grows on food etc. when it goes bad...cheese, bread, veggies...etc. (You know, when you clean out the fridge and reach way to the back and go what the heck was that?) Debra |

Spirulina is not advised due to mycotoxins...... chlorella or chlorophyll depending on b. type are better suited .....
Edna, saw your recommendation after I posted this.........glad you found the links! |
