thanks again everyone!! coming along, things are breaking up, but waiting for the fallout. .  I have no doubt that if I'd not been in that smoke, I'd still be fine. Have avoided all this sinus stuff pretty much since starting BTD. It is quite amazing!!(this (  !  ) is according to the g'daughter, called an excited point)  I just cracked up when I heard that, but then I would, wouldn't I?

OSuzanna, yes, when you have to...........which I felt was the case here.   Will start working on the probiotics in a day or so. Guess I'll let the antib's wear out a bit since I didn't get any feedback here on whether I should wait. Will also look for those enzymes!

yes, but it didn't really give me the answer for which I was looking. maybe my brain is too foggy right now.       I'm going to start on the Polyflora today. Thanks.

Italybound, I am sorry to read about your  illness, but it is a very informative thread, as well. I have had quite a few respiratory infections in my day and am intent on not getting them anymore. I have taken a lot of Antibs and I know that sometimes you have to!!! best of luck...

thanks jayneyo.........i do feel my respir thing is getting better, but the hormone thing is out of control. I'm anxious and overwhelmed about everything, even the littlest thing like brushing my teeth. It's absolutely ludicrous and hard to deal with. Need help, so I'm starting a new thread.  

Yes, take the probiotics now!  But try and put as many hours between them and the antibiotics as you can.  PolyFlora from NAP is the best!

I"m done w/ the antib's - only had 3 pills but they are supposed to work for another 7 I think. Am starting the Polyflora. I think I'll start again w/ my 3 x 3 a day for a while, unless someone thinks otherwise.
