I have tried the Membrane Fluidizer Cocktail and had difficulty getting the ingredients of mix. The Flax Oil was refrigerated in the store where I purchased it and I was told to keep it cold. The Lecithin grandules lay on top of the oil and the juice is on the bottom. Can't seem to get the three ingredients to mix. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Welcome aboard this community, DKR.
In the past, I believe I have read of a 'B' BTD'er who uses a empty jar to mix all of the ingredients together, they shake the jar very well to mix all of the oil, juice, and lecithin granules until it emulsifies nicely.
Perhaps you can use an old jelly/jam/salsa jar or a new Mason jar with a tight fitting lid. You may also want to leave all of the ingredients out for a few minutes on the countertop before shaking so they are somewhat at room temperature; this may assist.

Welcome I have never used the MFC- can´t get the lecithin here- and I prefer my flax seed as seeds - not oil- due to rancidity. I think a blender would do a fine job - I mix carrotjuice and cream that way |

I make the MFC every morning for my B husband using a blender, and it works great. My blender has a "whip" setting, so I use that in short bursts for a few seconds, then I let it whip nonstop for about 20-30 seconds to get it mixed well with lots of air. It comes out very frothy; my husband loves it.

I usually put 1 tablespoon of lecithin granules in a cup or glass with 1 tablespoon of water and stir well. Then, I stir in 1 tablespoon of flax oil or olive oil until it looks creamy. Then I add whatever juice I want to use (usually pineapple) and some water and stir well then drink. That works fine for me. I also mixed some mint flavored codliver oil in it once, and it was very tasty. |

If you let the shaken mixture sit (in or out of the refrigerator, depending on your temperature preference) for 20 - 30 minutes, then the grainy lecithin will have been emulsified by the flax oil and it will be smooth. Pineapple juice (beneficial) seems to help the process go faster. |

I use pineapple juice and stir it with a spoon. Then, I sip it with a straw. Works very well. |
