until now I don't understand one thing....for AB's it is written avoid gentian....but just this herb or tea works great for gastric juices; and when getting older, those juices deacrese more than augmenting...so far ? what does that mean?
Here nothing is retained about A2B nonnies and brewer's yeast, nor is it visible that it is meant that it's about bell peppers which are an avoid or just black pepper?
and about gruyère...now it became neutral ouch,,,,,
question generale:::: when somebody doesn't has the menopausal book, and just works only with the encyclopedic. advices, isn't that enough

I believe the menopause book has more targeted advice to the issue, since it was written after the encyclopedia was published.

sometimes values changed according to the condition maybe some foods have a more beneficial property in certain disease or medical states than it's avoid status in a normal state...like the Fava Bean....super beneficial for O's and cancer and a Neutral otherwise

another question here... can't get it right now...Peter writes that phenylalanin is not ok for us and the A's, then he recommends Yams root as ok...so far...biiiiiiiiig
