What supplements are you wondering about, this would be easier, certain things should not be taken together, certain things earlier in the day, some before food some after

Sometimes you don't know how great life is until you lose what you didn't know you had
Some supplements are better on an empty stomach; some are better with food. And some have different functions on an empty stomach or with food. For example, bromelain on an empty stomach acts as an anti-inflammatory. With food, it acts as a digestive aid.
What supplements are you inquiring about?
Knowledge is power. SWAMI gives you the diet that will unlock the key to better health, and it's all based on your unique individuality.
I`m on a limited budget, but I`m slowly trying to move over to NAP stuff and see how it works.
As a guide I work out a lot and eat a small meal every two hours.
I`m starting off with Polyvite and Nitrycycle, as well as a box of Bromelain.
I will probably start getting Phytocal and ARA 6 pretty soon, too. The rest of the most essential, non-special-needs ones will probably follow after a while. Deflect, B12, fucus........stuff like that.
I wonder about are things like if maybe it`s useful to spread Phytocal to several meals, and maybe what kinds of meals may be best to take something with. I like to get my moneys worth, so I looking for the way that will give the best absorption.

oddos, I wouldn t worry about supplements just yet.......I would first try to follow the guidelines as close as possible and see if I eventualy need supplementation. BTD is very balancing and should give you all that you need.

I`ve been on BTD a loooooooong time. I`ve always used supplements, and even though I eat all organic, tons of fruit and veggies, there is a big difference in my performance and overall wellbeing when I take the supplements I usually do. This usually includes a good multivitamin, extra B-vitamin, zinc, magnesium, and a mixture small doses of different ginsengs. I also did LARGE doses of ALA and C-vitamin(non acidic) for a while, but not completely sure what I really got out of those.

I do take supplements; and I only use NAP supplements currently. I take three supplements consistenttly on a daily basis.
I am cognizant that a reference is made in the Answers and Support section in regards to the question of taking supplements.
Personally, I feel that my health is enhanced when I take a few supplements. Albeit, I am very cognizant of trying to get most of my nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fiber from good quality whole foods, clean water, pure beverages, seaweed, et al. I eat mostly organic foods because that is what I current choose to purchase, but I feel that supplements can assist to 'fill' in the gaps where non-traditional foods fail to do so.

Hi Oddos, I take Vit C, and Gingko Biloba for Cortisol control and equisetum and Vit D for my bones, as my diet is enough rich in calcium. Polyvite A is strongly energizing for me; I feel an iron strenght. I should take it often. my two cents Maria Giovanna
