Hi gals and/or nonnies!!!

My future business partner, a woman of 40 and O nonnie is on the birthcontrol pill for a looong time already... She is on her O nonnie diet since she met me and is gaining energy, but the energy is not properly dosed.. Most days she tired, drained and losing weight. Since on the diet her weightloss has stopped more or less.. But there are days, like today that she is full of energy... This, according to me, coincides with her stopping the pill for this week in her cycle..

I have suggested to her to stop the pill and see to some other measures.
What about the spiral for her?? There is copper in it..

Anyone any advice I can give her???

I would appreciate your answers very much!!

Can't help you here Cocky, but getting off of the pill is a very good idea.  When you talk about the spiral do you mean an IUD (diaphram (sp?)?  If it is make sure her doctor puts it in properly as I know of six women who got pregnant with it being used.  Twice by the same woman and not all using the same doctor.

Is your O nonnie getting in the proper exercise?  Such a must for us.
