Hi, does anyone know whether A's can take Bluegreen Algae? I couldn't find it on the food lists...perhaps I overlooked it? My Naturopath Dr. has me on that, and I wanted to find out if that is a good thing to take for me. Thanks!

Chlorella is the one that Dr. D recommends . . a different family of aquatic micro plant.
