Awhile back someone wrote about how great this supp was for lung function....I don't see NAP carrying it and I'd like to find out more as my asthma has been acting up for awhile.....bronchi feeling very inflamed. I have inhalers for this but what are my other options?

That Redoxa is a great product.  I find it good for so many upper respiratory problems.
It has kicked out my chronic, low-grade sinus infections, that I have tried so many herbal products for.
It also has cleared up a chronic irritated throat from post-nasal drip.
And . . it decreases mucous in a broad-scope way during the season when the nose just seems to want to run.
It has cleaned out my lungs beautifully when stuff has settled down there.  It makes the coughs more productive so that you're actually bringing up what needs to got rid of!

great stuff!

Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are.
Let me not pass you by in quest
of some rare and perfect tomorrow.

NAC is the stable supplement form of Cystine.

The highest food sources are varying from around 1000-500 mg/per 100g {in desending order}:

  • Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds
  • Beef Spleen
  • Seaweed
  • Egg Yolk
  • Mustard Seed, Pork Kidney, Cod Roe
  • Horseradish Tree Tips {Drumstick Vegetable}

This list changes drastically if you sort by mg/100 Calories however.
