Hello All,
 I have a question about Red Clover and rasberry leaves have been tested for the four groups.  I did not find them in the typebase... can someone provide me with a link or the information???

Red clover and raspberry leaf are listed in the tea sections of ER4YT, CR4YT, ER4YB, Health Library books, and the little blood type specific Lists books.

Type O
Raspberry leaf - Neutral
Red clover - Avoid (However, per Dr. D this does not mean it can not be used medicinally. It is just not appropriate for casual use.)
Red Clover, another plant Iím going to plunk in my garden, is an Ďavoidí for everyone. But that is only to keep it out of the hands of people who donít know how to use it.

Red clover can promote estrogen.  Maybe that's why Dr. D mentioned people who don't know how to use it.
