wanted to post this before I went to bed and forgot to do it tomorrow. i was shocked when I saw this. CELERY is loaded w/ Vit C!! and a fair amount of folate. also low glycemic but watch out for pesticided and buy organic if possible. My main point was the Vit C tho.  I know it's not from rose hip, but is this source good for all? |

yes, what a shame! that's how my sister is. can't stand it. I'm not wild about it, but it goes down well with my almond butter.

still waiting for mine. very anxious to try it out. I ordered the powder as I thought I'd prob get more for the money and I like the sour taste, so will prob use it in some of my drinks . Does anyone know if there are any liquids/foods which the C powder should not be mixed?

chiro told me to take it to clean out. might help w/ parasites as well, if any are present and if it helps w/ candida too, whew-hew!!! |
