I am impressed how many others would have their work and every article sold for the bargain of 97 dollar! Every temporary idea, new twist to old ideas, all at a price... and endless emails touting thisd or that and more every day from all angles.. I am so overloaded with the latest the newest the best... dadada ....

Dr D’Adamo only sells his books once and then makes no demands on us how we use his information... sharing on line, sharing over telephones, sharing on FB or twitter, generousity bejond the norm... and we never get another email touting this farty idea or the other... What respect he shows for our time, for our personalized interest and ability to comprehend, making no demands on spending endless money... on getting exited about all new discoveries he could call out about.  Even sups are introduced and then dropped into the big basket for the day when we need this or that.  I save money every month...

Even going to the clinic, it is only rather costly the first day, but then also they discovered that I am NOT a nonnie, as I was told I was 20 years ago to be...  worth the discovery, even though I still do not believe it hahaha,, old ideas die hard.. Ha-ha

Yet the second visit follow-up is half the price, and sups are few...  I can even call in with questions and get ready for a call in visit with the doctors... I mean what else can I ask for?

...and yet I discovered that I would really like to have a Coach who explains many things in way more detail... I would pay for that... must ask the office about the possibility of contracting for such... I think (as I get older?  I would like someone to verbally interchange... answering dumb (repetitive) questions...

Sharing is Dr. D's life work, and making us so much safer to carry on living!
Take a deep breath..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

Ah, but if it weren't for the books we wouldn't have all the wonderful factual information to share would we?

I totally agree with you about Dr. D's generosity!

I meant that Dr D. never nags/touts or screams that we buy anything... He keeps us abreast of new items and his website is full of stuff...

What is wrong with the website is:  Some things are really hard to find, read, and find later again. Even the phone number is hard to find...   It should be way more visible...  The site is becoming cumbersome... (It never seems so to the ones making it- but new people are overwhelmed and hard pressed to find the best available info.)  Much of what I find comes to me by accident, and then I lose it, because I forget how I got there to read it or listen to it.

Yet today is a Milestone... I have been doing BTD for 20 years; I almost exclusively talk about this or that in my diet... I can be boring or the butt of jokes about me and BTD...

BUT last Sunday someone else convinced a friend to go Vegetarian, or fresh until 4 pm and then vegetarian foods with fish and the like.

I then two days ago copied the A foods for her and LOW and behold... she read the list and decided that she fits that BTD pattern exceptionally well, as most foods she eats are super beneficial already.  I explained to her - a few minutes ago- that Super foods are Medicinal quality, and benficials will make her healthy, while neutrals are filling foods.

Woe, Hwo, How, amazing?!!!  She could hear me and was willing to consider what she learned!!!!!!!!!

Then suddenly, overseas a friend called and we talked fro on hour about BTD A foods... Providence!!!

It’s paying off big time,

…A third person was told to go ‘vegetarian’, on the Sunday outing, yet, I was able to make copies for the O diet as well and save him from 'opinions'  ...  fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND all that: free of charge.. Oh yes I bought the original (all) books... I gave dozens away to no value, but today I got three converts for the price of making copies!!! Thanks Dr D. again!
