I had trouble figuring my own type out. I have no idea what my folks would be. Plus I’m a Nomad. Sry |

My husband is an A nonnie....his mother was type O...I would guess her to have been a Gatherer based on her body type. No allergies, no caffeine sensitivity, not left handed, clearly not an Explorer.
Her limbs were short and she was solid and held onto weight... Clearly not the "look" of someone who could have been a Hunter.
Are you thinking that Gatherers create nonnies? |

viewed by P.D's description, I think my mum still is a gatherer, but with explorer tendencies ... I'm not sure...coz she lost a lot of weight since she aged... now 76 years old....She's a BRh-.... btw..do gatherers also show up with fatigue and typical B-imbalances to weather issues or is this merely an option of nomads |

I'm pretty sure my Mom is a Gatherer, but she's not on any of Dr D's diets and has no interest in doing so. The only reason to measure her genotype would be for my own curiosity. Still, with her propensity for weight gain and her current diagnosis of type II diabetes (100% controlled via diet), it's likely she's a Gatherer.
I'm guessing my Dad was an Explorer, based on the fact that he was left handed, Rh-, and just a general "think out of the box" kind of guy. But there's no way to measure him now, and since he was a B he also might have been a Nomad or Gatherer (but I doubt he was a Gatherer, considering his lifetime skinniness.) |

I'm guessing my dad was a combination of the 3 O GTs like I think I am. He might have leaned to gatherer - who knows? My mom was type A, so couldn't be one, alhto I don't see any clear GT tendencies in her either.
As I look at the maternal side of my family, most of them don't show clearly any GT. |

My mom is an O and most likely a Gatherer. And I suspect a nonnie too. |

I didn't respond as I am not 100% sure I am a nonnie, however being Rh- *and* part Explorer I guess means the same thing for the sake of this question?! My Mum is an O and definitely a Gatherer and my Dad was an O and a Nonnie &/or an Explorer, for sure! |

I just realized that my daughter in law is an A nonnie...but her mother is likely a Hunter...Wouldn't Hunters be tall with long limbs? Would Gatherers ever be tall and slim with very low body fat? |

No, quite sure mine are both A's & dad likely an explorer & mum a teacher or a slim warrior like me. My O+ nonnie husband is an explorer, his dad is an A-, his mum is a gatherer or maybe explorer. |

Both my parents were O's. I think my mom was a Gatherer, though she didn't eat according to Blood type and was skinny for most of her later years. I did measure her and Gatherer was what I came up with. I'm pretty sure that my dad was a Hunter, though I never had the opportunity to measure him. |

I think both my parents might be gatherers. Both are O's and have significant weight gain. My mother has been heavy all her life, but my dad was slim as a young man. Both have short legs, even though my father is 6ft tall. Since neither is even remotely interested in BTD thinking, I'll not know for sure. But I am very curious where my nonniehood originated! |
