I have had several times experimented with Peppermint tea, and each time I find that I have to pee way fewer times.  I go so far as saying that it might double the time between pee-stops.

This also at Night.  It might take some days... I went to 6 weeks once... and it changed me...

I am now suggesting that we TESt this out to make certain that it works for all or only some?  Maybe BT specific, or age specific, or health specific.

How about testing this and reporting back how many peppermint teas you are drinking... and all the rest that might be changed within our circle.  Thanks...

I think it might be better than any drug

Thanks..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

I'm sensitive to peppermint.  If I drank any peppermint tea, I would probably be up all night going.

Sorry, peppermint tea gives me heartburn.

I will do that. I have some home grown Peppermint tea we have once in awhile as a treat due to limited supply though I hope to have a patch going next summer. I  have never tried to attach it to any particular reaction but will keep my head up on it. Anything that slows down trips to the toilet is worth the discovery.

Peppermint gives me reflux.  But I don't wake up in the middle of the night unless I drink liquid after
7 pm.  Wonder what is in peppermint that keeps bladder calm.  Not unless you're controlling your blood sugar better, Goldie and not having obvious signs of diabetes....one of which would be frequent
urination.  Just a thought.
