I have not changed anything (other than added a few sups) (mostly Trehalose complex and Trehalose membrosia, yesterday) but the last two days I am suffering from muscle and nerve pain .. and I am puzzled.. Yesterday I could barely get up. I dragged myself around all day.. Today I am not much beter, but will cut out all sups and ..

I am at a lost of why?

It sounds like there might be some nerve healing going on in the head or upper neck areas...  It is possible that the supps triggered the healing or that your body has finally healed other things to the point that it has started on this area.

Have you ever had a head or neck injury? It is possible that it didn't heal completely or that there was some waste deposited around the injury at the time that is now being removed and healed.

Goldie, if  I were you, I'd contact the clinic and report your symptoms to whomever treated you when you were  seen as a patient last month. You really need to understand if this is detox, related to your surgical procedure or something connected to your supplements.

As much as I have an opinion similar to Joe's because I've experienced many healing crisis-like
events....I would really like to know what the staff/shift or Dr. D has to say about your new symptoms.

I had done some intense typing,, I will wait one day more then call .. Healing crisis did not think of that..

Yes I had injuries, and am wiorking on them, but this is ridiculously painful.

Thanks your answers helped..

Agree with Chloe.  It could be something as simple as falling asleep in a weird position or it could be something else...Don't suffer - call!

It could be as simple as holding the shoulders in a single position too long while typing...  We need to stop and stretch often when doing any repetitive motion or holding in essentially one position for extended periods to allow the muscles to "breathe", etc...

Now that you've said you've sat in one position for probably a long while doing intense typing,
did you remember to drink water?

I remember you sharing on another thread that you got magnesium when you were at the clinic....In fact, I remember that it was Vital, triple magnesium because I wanted to read about it....so I have it bookmarked on my computer.

So you need to realize that magnesium is a pretty potent detoxifier...and it can detox mercury
and other heavy metals and that nerve pain which you said was pretty horrible reminded me of
how I felt when I began using magnesium oil....feeling so much worse....but probably detoxifying
so much more deeply.

Read about the connection..magnesium/detox
http://www.magnesiumoil.com/magnesium-health/detox

Goldie....lots and lots of water is required if you're detoxing!  Hope you feel better  {{{{hugs}}}}

Today I have again pain not in the shoulders any more but the hands and one foot for sure..

Could it be that Trehalose complex and or ... is cleaning up my neuropathy??? that would be most interesting..

Spring jump in here.. I wonder for real could it be renewing the nerve cells and clean up the damages that prevent 'feeling'..

I say "Yes".  I do believe your body could be starting to generate healing in some area causing pain.

This is something I have been dealing with for about 6 years now.  I know there is healing going on, but it is definitely painful, and with mine, there are many other symptoms that are as bad or worse than the pain.
