Wow... I was so sure I had the genes of my father with diabetes..... yet I got the cancer gene
form mom also… the first in the family with breast...
caught early, but still==  I ignored it for 10 month and a year before that feeling a lump grow.

I felt a lump and wanted it removed last year.  doing a needle biopsy was against my 'wishes'...
.. I might have had issues with the original doctor... my fault...

And… I trusted a blood test that showed no cancer ‘yet’ (80% accurate..) so I felt safe enough, all the while feeling a lump getting bigger to over 1 inch.

10 month later I had my sis take my old films to her specialist.  This doctor looked at the
old films and she wanted MORE to look at/  I did them and the new tests revealed that I am still 'safe' as it is small, but is cancer...

Surgery next week will be ok, but I am disappointed that she speaks of radiation... Could I have avoided that last year?  I will never know.

I am totally fine with it all - as we ALL in the family have had cancer (from all sides) of one sort or another... and we ALL survived...

-------------------------------------------------

I am surveying the following WORDS...

When one is struggling with issues then maybe consider at the very least these words... Coined
by Carl Roger long ago:

Unconditional Positive Regard (for self or others)

and consider :
Quoted Text
The Essence of Grief (after heartfelt loss real or imagined, old or new)
Question:

What will you do with all that love?

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

All my experience said to me so far:

1) take your film always to a second expert: two heads 'see' more then one.. ONE sentence changed my outlook:  I need to see more.
2) the other is:  always keep on open mind be open to change. Change Happens.

Isa Thanks ... Yes, I am not able to get messages here.. just email me. jbassi1@hvc.rr.com
as for the links.. I am looking at and reading.

Had I had my mental capacity a year ago to 'think' I could have malignant cancer, then I would have had much more time.  Now I feel surgery is ok.

I am wondering if the Cancer book by Dr D is Up to date?  I wonder, if there ought to be a update, discussion here.  There have been many discoveries recently, since it was printed, should it be a bible? or Swami? -- I updated Swami to include Cancer.. I will follow it.

On the other hand, I do not partiqularly wish to have radiation, even if that saved my moms life...

Should I go to see Dr D. ?? Would Dr D have more info on future prevention in the 200 dollar book? or have any newer findings (from the older book) from any place? Monitors, You are welcome to answer here.

One more thing to remember; always take your test films and other test materials with you when being re-tested.  saves time to compare.

----------------------------------------------

I still would like a philosophical discussion :  I believe that enormous sorrow / anger causes cancer 7 years later.  just my feeling.

I like the words in the first post .. as they allow me to deal with all people that would aggrevate me to respond with 'Unconditional Positive Regard or self regard...

--------------------------------------------

Keep reading.. A different breast cancer expert in Germany had a discussion with me in which I mentioned that I have shoulder pain (from accidnt- I thought which has been difficult to treat... ) yet he thinks it could be referral lymph node pain from the cancer.  Interesting!!!   I will follow up by asking the surgeon - with a sonogram test to see why it has been so difficult to heal.

--------------------------------------------------

I was told that the cancer spot is about point 5 centimeter  ... IT seems I let it grow to be BIG in the last 10 month!  So when you examin your own body, cancer is less then a milimeter .... about a 16th of an inch..  Really small!   hard to 'feel' .

--- By comparison the cyst that sent me to the doctor 10 month ago and I thought was important - and I felt by hand- became over an inch big. When I first felt the cyst, it was half on inch or 1 centimeter.. very deceiving.  I paid less attention thinking it was a cyst only!

I think following your updated SWAMI is the best course without going to see the good Dr. in person to get his recommendations...

I wouldn't hesitate to go see him if I received that diagnosis...

Goldie, please go see Dr. D.  He can give you personal treatment protocols you won't find anywhere in books that will be specific to your treatment and recovery. A specific diet change that will insure greater success as you go through surgery/treatment.  You won't be sorry you did this!   Just having a bioimpedence test....finding out the integrity  of your cells....whether nutrients are getting past the cell wall....Honestly, there is no better person on this planet to contact right now than Dr. D.  Please call his office and make an appointment....explain that this is urgent... You will get an
appointment quickly!

Thanks Cloe. Just called the office....  Dr D is not taking appointments.   The last time I was there the same thing happened and I was some what dissapointed, I am not looking to see anyone else in his office.  I would quicker see the students.

I think I will wait a while.  Things are happening rather soon.

I have time and many things I can do.  The Q is will I do them.  I have soooo many sups in my freezer, I could open a store.  all because I buy them and then do not take them.. nuts I know..

The cancer book has four items I can eat: always my first preference:
Fava broad beans :good for all types
Domestic mushrooms
Jackfruit.

Eggs might be more neutral now.
more walnuts or almonds
pumpkinseeds
Adzuki and black beans.
some fruits that are nice..

Interesting info on sups in the book to compare with SwAMI would be nice if it had as much info for current accute situations.. w'll see

Outside of Quercetin.. all swami sups are different from the book version..

I have some Qercetin at home.. time to take it.

I think I will buy the 2 week before and 2 week after suregery recovery adjunct sups from the book..

Horse chestnut
Rehmannia
Horse tail.
.
The problem: NAP does not sell them, and we have no store near us.. but maybe by Wednesday I might be in a place where I can buy them.

Why not see one of Dr D's colleagues if he's not personally available? OK, so they didn't write any books, but that doesn't make them any less able to help you in a time of health crisis!

You can look online for other sources of those supplements, if you need something DPN doesn't sell.

My husband and I are patients of the clinic and having had a lot of experience with meeting
Dr. D's colleagues and many different students (the students change every few months but the  doctors don't), I would highly recommend any of Dr. D's colleagues.  Dr. D takes his work very seriously and nobody gets to work in this clinic without sharing his complete philosophy and treatment guidelines.  I agree 1000% with Ruthie.  There is only one Dr. D but remember, all who work with him are trained and taught by him.  You would see students and one of the other doctors which is exactly what I did last month when I was at the clinic.  I love these other doctors
as much as I love Dr. D.  I promise you, you will not get lesser treatment with another doctor!

Call back and see if you can see Vanessa Doyle.  She's a shift supervisor.  I saw her a month
ago with new shift students.  She's absolutely awesome!  Incredibly knowledgable....she answered all my concerns and questions perfectly!

Nobody with a cancer diagnosis if they live close enough to get to this clinic should be wasting a second
of their own precious time making health/treatment decisions that might not be the very best ones to make. Remember
botanical medicine is what this clinic does....herbs, tinctures, things you can't find, buy or learn from any
of the books. P......U......LEEZE trust me and call the clinic!

I agree with Chloe and Ruthie, Goldie!
Please call the clinic again and make an appointment with one of Dr. D's colleagues.
