I have struggled with constipation ever since going on BTD - the way I did it.  I may have made mistakes all along, and so am responsible for my own results.  Yet even though I complained many times, no one really had the answer the way I am presenting it here now- after I changed my ways and have great results - after 20 years of suffering! == I read low fat as low oil too. My error of interpreting the prevailing health advice of the 90ties. == Fat may not be OIL.

I learned in (Shangri-la) diet book, not to change my foods!!! but to add 2 tablespoons of oil twice or trice a day.  To take 1 table spoon Extra Light Olive Oil in place of (each) in-between food /snacks every day for the rest of my life.  I tried it and it works for me, yet it took me 2 month to see results..

Reading about -Tasteless- is important when wanting to lose weight. Not important when needing to gain weight. Take it at your own will, but could you please help in securing the best testing info here?  Thanks.

The hope is that self testing here, will help many in the long run with better understaning of individual BTD and intestinal fortitude and skin issues.   Thanks.

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

Goldie, i've been wanting to try this and if i remember to get extra light olive oil, i will and let you know the results. i am doing intermittent fasting and taht is working for me for now. i also do not have a gallbladder so i am hesitant to try lots of oil. i know coconut oil gives me bad pains when i take it without food.
