Eric - Thanks for the temptation!!! I haven't eaten one of these in years. I've been stressed lately and seem to want to eat everything I'm not supposed to but haven't given in so far. I think I'll go chew on a doorknob!!! Arghh!

I'm sure you could make chocolate almond butter cups if you really wanted to fuss in the kitchen. But I definitely understand wanting a junky, sugary treat for special occasions. Depending on your overall health and the quantity of the avoid you eat, you're probably fine. There's a huge difference between eating one peanut butter egg and a whole bag of them!

You can find dark chocolate bunnies, I've seen them.  And dark chocolate cadbury mini eggs, too.  I know that for a fact.

New treat...melt chocolate, spread on baking sheet and sprinkle cranberries or cherries and nuts across the top. Refrigerate and break into pieces.

Yum!

I've got a couple of organic kits to make chocolate at home (all of it on diet). I reckon I might make some with cranberries, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, ginger etc for Easter. Cool, thanks for the inspiration!
