Well, it's going to be Buttermilk Quark.. with cocoa powder over it.. that becomes the new ice cream.. .. what does buttermilk look like? blue? I may have to ask someone to make it as I am 'afraid' of dairy..

....... 5 minutes ago..I JUST SAW THIS LINE.. in Swami: Minimize your use of processed cheeses, cream cheese, high butterfat forms of milk and cream. does that mean no buttermilk quark????

........some of the wishful thinking comes and goes as fast as the blink of the eye.. P/C you must be rolling on the ground with glee.. - I am there with you hahaha

bread stuff..  well here is Swami:

GT2 'Gatherer' (Blood Group O Non-Secretor)
Food choices emphasizing hybridized BTD and GTD values
Portion Size: Grains, Cereals: half cup; Baked Goods: 1/2 muffin; 1 slice bread
Frequency: 2 servings daily.

I rather just don't have any - I can not have it in the house, I would eat tooo much. You are SO right - weight gain overnight..

Cheats for me are anything that is not Beneficial or Diamond..  all else is sleep inducing or weight gain ..

Luckily I am happy most days with my foods listed above, and the cheats of 5% is as close as I can come to .. I don't think I have what it takes for perfection..

those of you who can eat compliant - I am pleased for you to be 100%'ers .. sis can be like that, but she is B and has different personality..

I think I have no inner drive to make me nuts over more restrictions.. as it is, it is just enough.. at least no counting of calories/carbs..

as for oils, I am allowed little spoon fulls, I use in cooking..

Someone asked.. 2 miles walk is long enough.. to keep me going.. in summer I swimm 20 - 40 min..

What I find, as someone who also used to crave icecream, yoghurt &/or other cool dairy treats is that upping my allowed amount of oils &/or butter/ghee keeps me satiated & I can resist these temptations...Usually anything we are craving is due to a deficiency in what we are eating...

Maybe you might want to try it, rather than simply giving up & saying you just can't be compliant (NB I initially mistyped that word & it can easily become "complaint")

No worries if you are happy with the progress/results you are getting...but it doesn't sound like you are....

Imo, not entirely sure buttermilk quark sounds like it is going to do it, unless you process the buttermilk yourself??!! Despite the low fat element, I found buttermilk had other avoids & you are extremely dairy intolerant by the sounds of it...

Possum:  I like that.. so correct!!!!

compliant (NB I initially mistyped that word & it can easily become "complaint")!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PC thanks..

So for now life will be.

eating protein powder 1 scoop 75 calories and a tbsp olive oil.
or alternating with daily egg for breakfast..

I might try to replace meals or snacks with protein powder and see how that works.

I am also slow cooking all the meat cut offs and celery and onions and make a broth that will keep me happy in liquids..

4 oz meat.. fresh cooked lunch and dinner, cooked in olive oil ...

Vegetables lunch and dinner - plain most days.

a small fruit during in the day. 1 Diamond Guava or pineapple... I am allowed 2 small fruits a day - even with diabetes..

90% chocolate,  it has the least caloric value compared to other treats..

This just has to be it for me for now, and maybe I find glutamine water.. where to get it?

or any other thing that takes your hunger messages away..

Thanks for all the support.. all is well..

I am not sure why you are putting  TABLESPOON of olive oil with yoUr protein by the way - where did that come from. what is your daily or weekly allowance of oils?

Have a salad every day Goldie with a pesto. it's nice for breakfast 45 mins after that tiny fruit - like 1/2 a grapefruit!!!

Goldie put the chocolate away until Christmas and stop sneaking in fruit so much! oxo

give it a few weeks to see if slightly less fruit, a salad and no chocolate help you then YOU can decide what will work. We all know they will.

why are you frying your meat vegetable by the way, it would be better to steam them no?

maybe have a stir fry once in a while but not all the time darling. eat those lovely organic cold pressed oils cold most of the time on SALADS!

oxo
