Goldie, you can always rotate different supplements, just to keep it all manageable.

I some times rotate by what is on sale.

This month it is the GenoType 3 packs:

I strongly suggest stopping supplementing with unnatural stated minerals(minerals that aren't amino acid chelated) as they easily turn to toxins in your body.
Buy 1 oz Nanocolloidal Detox Factors(NDF) and use.

Brahmi, periwinkle, snowdrop(or galantamine which is found in it), gotu kola, clubmoss(or Huperzine A which is found in it), rhodiola rosea, rosemary, ginkgo biloba are herbs you cna use for the problem.
You can buy some of them on this site: http://www.mountainroseherbs.com
Then you can mix one spoon of all in a jar. Then use one or two teaspoon of the mix directly with your dinner, this will make you a little more sleepy in some time. Or for the best use of it, mix one or two teaspoon of it with alcohol in small coffee mugs with 2-4 spoon red wine or 2-4 spoon something which has a higher alcohol ratio. Leave the mugs waiting for 3 days and drink one of them every night before going to bed. This will directly help move you to the bed.

Another option may be mixing clubmoss(or Huperzine A which is found in it), rhodiola rosea, rosemary, ginkgo biloba in one jar and using it similarly in the mornings. And mixing Brahmi, periwinkle, snowdrop(or galantamine which is found in it), gotu kola, ginkgo biloba in another jar and using it similarly before going to bed.

Using in the morning and in the evening may be better.

You probably know that you need some low toxin fish. For astaxanthin add pink lentils to your diet. Make sure you eat some fish or meat or chicken, 4-8 oz in total everyday. Use camelina oil. Try one raw egg yolk a day. Eat at least 2 oz dark green leafy vegetables a day. You can also use chia seeds or chia oil.

For not absorbing toxins of fish use chlorella at the same time with eating the fish.

Hi Goldie.

Are you getting enough exercise?  Are you doing mentally challenging exercise like aerobics?

Is your beef intake adequate?

ONUR.. thanks but you left me way back there..

what problem are you addressing??  the nerves or the alzheimers, or what?

I am unclear what you know the suggested sups to do..

as I mentioned way above, I am currently using all sort of stuff for 2 month, then after that I will re-evaluate.

For me I am lucky to own a ONDAMED equipment that really makes a big difference in Poli- Neuropathy.. but I am still interested in finding the nerve connection sups that will make that a problem solved for ever.. so that if ever I would get alzheimers I would not get it for nerve damage.. nervedamage which is a PRE- curser ( in my mind) for diabetes.

The ONDAMED also helps with the issues of pancreas damage, but again I wish to get to the bottom of that in some way also.

Right now for me to get off dead center I am trying to fix my acid reflux with sups .. and eating differently.. have not seen many results in the few days but my upper stomach is less bulgy.. and that is what I am looking to achieve..

so I am on a journey as you can see.. thanks

I am setting out to see what else I can do to my nerve impulses.. I am determined to see this through to some outcome other then waht the NERVES are doing.  I am eating differently, for now ( liquid during the day) and I expect that healing the gut will make a big difference.. and then the muscles might actually "think" of contracting here or there, or at least uptake what is given in the form of sups..

and if I can and wish .. to loose some pounds then I will be even better of.. at least I hope so..

I didn't really read all, my message was mostly about alzheimers. So your health condition is neuropathy?

I wouldn't use vitamin b6 if I were you because it can damage nerves a lot, and I'd use some vitamin b2 to stop excess unactivated(b2 activates b6) vitamin b6 harm you, b2 can solve some symptoms of b6 caused symptoms.

The current issue of Neurology Now has articles on "Staying Sharp" and "Sugar High"

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

If I was concerned about brain/cognitive issues, along with nerve issues, I would begin taking Lion's Mane mushroom extract regularly.  Around 1,000 mg/day is common dosing and some have said that it takes a few months to see effects.  However I have no problem with patience when it comes to consistency on a particular health path that has shown benefits to so many.

And I would continue with Dr. D'Adamo's 2 Protocols:
Nerve Health and Cognitive Function Health.

wow Victoria, thanx for the info about the mushy ...where is that to be found

I'm now concerned coz my mum , a B Rh - seems to have jumped into that very thema as well.... she is now some 77 years old but also shows up with a lot of lacks since her childhood and of course a sort of *don't want to acknowledge this and that* in her psychogram is also to be seen.... but here I can't do anything at this very moment... I'm happy that she accepted ginseng, some Q10 (about 2-3x200mg's daily)
and then some mushrooms against infection coz she still denies that she need to go and see a dentist... ..... amazing how stubborn she is... can be ... ooops....

ps.

justamente googled it and now I know... all about Hericium this is called monkey head mushy here ... thanx Victoria... and yep this is a true good advice... have got very good results in older-ones... depends if we take the powder or the extract or do a combo between both.... it also helps with polyneuropatia and  perhaps in adition with maitake or and Coprinus we might have solved also the problem of diabetes ...for Goldie!

Forgive me if I just dreamed this but didn't Doc.D. have a post with the link to an article about Alzheimers? The point was in using high numbers of B's (b12) Alzheimer patents improved. So the b's might be a sub to keep taking also it is good for nerves.
