Have you taken fucus plus?? and what did it do to you?
I read that Gatherers are in a constant state of Hypoglycemia ..
I have tained myself to avoid that at all cost. I eat to prevent the stomach jitters, the nervousness, the feeling of hunger, the idea of being hungry even though one just ate.
I think I have felt that way all my life and stuffed food into me just to avoid all that and then some...
I had for many years been eating protein so often, like way to frequent, just be satisfied. And tried to avoid the stuff that would trigger all the discomfort or pre-acupation with food, like sugary wheat and grains and dairy stuff....and all that worked that I did not gain enormous amounts.. (I would have if it was not for that)..
NOW THAT I am trying to change all that with swami, I am extremely grateful for the printed sentence: O'Gatherers might be in a constant state of Hypoglycemia.
Now I understand all that and it gives me much guilt relieve.
BUT HERE is the question... I have been taking sups for weightloss, and was doing fine, and lost 5 pds of water weight.. so far so good..
BUT Then I took Fucus Plus yesterday noon and this morning.. and I feel Hypoglycemic with all the symptoms of hunger and jitter.
Does anyone experience that?
and do you think eating maybe rice or quinoa, beans might help or hinder?? I have not added grains to my reg food and I am somewhat hesitant to start again.
I can TRY to supplement my food intake by adding O Protein powder and deal with it .. or now understand that maybe I can make 5 vegetables the solution..
Have you taken fucus plus?? and what did it do to you?

That is what I am doing.. at least that has worked for me.. even when I have only 2 states of being. hungry or stuffed! I do think it's the fucuc plus that seems to activate a new hunger state.. and I am hoping that it will nudge my weight..all is well but a new experience all over again and again. |

Cut out the fucus and you should figure it out pretty quickly if the negative hunger/hyopglycemic response goes away. That is what I would try. |
