I am reacting to avoids as do all here I think.. but how many react to neutrals and which ones??

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

Scanning the list for nomad I could only find one that is neutral that I really don't like - sucralose. Don't like the taste, don't like the bloat feeling. A pretty standard reaction. (Hope I am not intruding in the Nonnie Clubhouse!) It will be interesting to see if you can get any more examples!

And Cumin, Dry Mustard, and Chamomile are all in my neutral list on my SWAMI.  All three should be moved to my superfoods list because I can tell immediately that my body favors them and reacts positively to them.

And Molasses has a 5 star epigenic value and is on my neutral list.  Move it over to superfood as well, I say.

Have you been avoiding your avoids 100% ? Even trace amounts of corn syrup or soybean oil could be messing up your system to the point where you can't tolerate the neutral foods.

I wonder how you'll react to neutrals after a month or two of 100% compliance.

I am compliant for 25 years.. but every neutral is like a drum saying NO NO NO.. on the other hand maybe I am so long on BTD that my body just reacts much more strongly then if I was eating all sorts of stuff..

I have been so miserable all my life with several things.. 32 years stomach pain from eating dairy and grains.. then 35 years on pain killers.. between those two its no wonder I am a mess .. yet! all that is next to being perfectly fine..

In 'Magnesium' I posted the following and wonder if I was not onto something by looking at all those items.. I took extra magnesium today and will do so for a while.. then see if any of it matters..

what is good about me is that I respond INSTANTLY to GOOD or BAD>> so a few days will tell the story..

here is my list :

Lola.. IS there a TEST somewhere for all who would like to see what might be recommended for all..

like the encyclopedia?? if I look at that I can see so many items I could identify with- I would need a whole store of pills .. I mean like
skin spots and aging,
fingernails dry or brittle,
intestines all sorts of issues at times,
hot or to much moist feet and hands?
hot flashes at night
sleeping still some issues of to much or not enough
getting up nights to urinate
eyes needing strength and prevention,
tongue abused from teeth -crowns, implants and metals,
heart with prolonged rapid beating at times, high altitude weakness,
hearing the pulse in my left ear
water retention
nerve burning in feet
pinched muscles in my neck
lazy
fearful for real issues
to trusting or believing in goodness
dependency issues as seen by being here
veins getting weaker
recurrent fever blisters her[is  since birth
repair for many antibiotics
tissue weakening in throat while sleeping causes sleep interruption
snoring
over weight
some headaches
severe weight gain
hives upon eating wrong foods
urine weakness
bladder weakness
dry lips to chapping
overall inflammation on the inside affecting the heart

I mean the list goes on... did I mention syndrome X or diabetes? and if I ate reg foods then Fibro myalgia and severe weight gain?

I mean its like this.. if I had to take all the stuff one reads about, I would not need dinner any more..

so yes I do react to neutrals.. like recently when I tried some item with 4 neutrals in it. I gained 5 pounds in I think less then 2 weeks.. sure all water weight, but still my bod responds.. no doubt about it..
