but Goldieschatz .... boswellia serr. is very different to Myrrhe...
and I took that stuff... 800mg's all 2 hours, then augmented it to 1200mg's but it seems...it didn't do the job expected...

I'm demanding myselve myrrhe ticture or oil.. oil for intake ...wasn't able to purchase it today.. I was too late...

ok, got the tincture and boswellia oil and thyme oil as well....today....and another ok.. I've to google about this myrrhe tincture coz I rarely worked with it in the last few years and I don't remember  exactly how much I'll have to go for internal issues... ..... à la bonne heure...

Isa, gargle myrrh and fennel tincture, may be also with clove, eucaliptus, thyme and mint. I am slowly healing a gingivae pocket, before to cover a root canalized tooth. I brush twice, the second with baking soda and three drops of this tincture 1/3 essential oils, 2/3 alcohol. My first real dental problem at 49 on my only root canal... I have just other 4 fillings, but not root canals.

yyyiiiikkesss... this stuff is more than hard tobak.. wow... I nearly can't get it into my mouth...myrrhe tincture.. bäää  
and getting it down... not at all...... I think have to change to the essential oils... sorry dearest Peter but I'm really not  ok with that nasty naste.......
