I'm really getting into the BTD and genotyping, but am confused. First I read the ERFYT foods for A, and followed that. Then I found out that I am a non-secretor, and some of the foods changed that I could eat. Now I've identified myself as a Warrior (if you just substituted my name for the word "Warrior" you describe me!), and some of the foods have changed again. For example, with the A type diet, bananas were out; for non-secretors, bananas were ok; now for Warrior, bananas are out again.

Welcome!
You have to decide on which system you are following. Either Blood Type or GenoType. You can ignore the values of the system you are not following. They are not relevant to you.
To help you decide between the two systems, take this little quiz:
The Warrior diet, by the book, fits me pretty well. Although, I am getting closer to wanting to get SWAMI, where I know the diet will change somewhat, as the highest I've ever seen is about 55% match to base Genotype. Part of this lifestyle is finding out what does and doesn't work for you. As you spend more time with this lifestyle, your body will change some - having less stored toxicity and healing to do , and more maintaining the good health. It needs different nutrients (or proportions) to perform the different tasks...

Thanks so much for all the feedback. I've decided one way that I will lose weight is by taking the supplements I ordered. By the time I take all of them with enough liquid to swallow, I'm full!
Welcome to the forums Psychgirl! Supplements are nice and helpful, but what's really going to do the trick is eating the beneficials and staying away from the avoids. Let us know if you have more questions. We've been there and done that!

Which should take presedence?
Get Swami! As an A-nonnie, banana's became a black dot, so I can have them on occassion now.
