I ordered SWAMI Express for me.. Lola it's your doing! I am terrified that I will be confused and may feel inadequite to figure it out.. I thought It would come by Computer? it is not ? or will I get 'connect to' instructions? Will I be intimidated like afraid that I will make errors? will I be able to sabotage myself by making entry errors? I wish it was here already, have to wait until tomorrow.. I have been Swamified! or is it corrected Swamifyed?? |

swamified I reckon......our etymologists will be here shortly, hold on!! no errors what so ever....breath deep, follow instruction slowly.... you can edit your swami as often as you like, so no worries there s also a support system to guide you great move! |

Niagreen ... Immagine.. how much better we will be next week, a month from now, forever??
I wonder what foods I can have that I forgot about many years ago..
I wonder will I be shook up or have come 'home'?
It's like getting married, waiting for the groom to arrive.. will I like him or will he be kind to me?
Does Swami have a name? is it he or she? will it talk as fast as Dr D does?
Will it feel kindly towards it, sweet and patient?..
Can't wait!

Swami wants to know you well to help you better ... the more you tell Swami about yourself, the most accurate will be the lifestyle reports Swami gives you ... So, while you are waiting go on searching for your medical history, family medical history, have all fingerprinting patterns, measurements completed, secretor status ... Also, you may like to define your personality indicators: introvert/extrovert, ntuitive, sensory, judging, thinking .... Have it all ready and you will be swaming away in no time at all ... It is the doctor in the house!!! |

You can always run it with as much input as you currently have. Then, you can make certain changes later. Some boxes are time locked and require contact with the administrator. Keep in mind the more you input the more accurate the results. |

The red fields indicate that they are required. You can save your values with some of the red fields being blank, but you cannot generate a diet report until all the red fields are set to a value. |
| MIfHI I follow a SWAMI diet. |
